Mahonia Glen is a 100% affordable residential project consisting of 99 units, including a resident manager unit, a shared community space, and a large common green space and play area. The residential units consist of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units in eight three-story buildings. The common facilities and administrative offices are located in a one-story, free-standing community building at the center of the development. Mahonia Glen also includes 116 on-site parking spaces.
